Find answers to common questions about payment methods, purchase orders, and quotes for Acadience Learning asynchronous workshop subscriptions.

We need a quote to request a purchase order locally. How do we get one?

Once you reach the associated checkout page for the workshop of interest, you may print that page to serve as your quote. It will include the workshop name, details, and cost for your fiscal department.

We need to pay with a purchase order. To whom should we issue it, and where should we submit it?

Do I need a purchase order for each participant?

For asynchronous learning, we support a combined participant subscription order within a single purchase order.

We are paying with a purchase order. When do you need to receive it?

Purchase orders must be received before activating an asynchronous workshop subscription and providing access to the associated training material. 

We have a large group to set up in an asynchronous workshop, how do we do this?

For payment via credit card, you may place a direct order for each participant. Be sure to use the associated participant's name and email in the initial section for each checkout submission. 

If you want to place a combined credit card order for a larger group, you may reach out to [email protected] for support. Note, this will have a turnaround time whereas direct ordering from the website will process in real time for each participant. 

To pay by purchase order, you may print a copy of the checkout and include the amount per participant you are seeking to set up. If a quote is needed locally for your fiscal team that denotes the  participant count, please submit a quote request via this form.
