Who needs to renew? 

Anyone who would like to maintain their Acadience Mentor credential(s) and access to the Mentors' Network, including training materials.

Who is eligible to register?

Any Acadience Mentor whose credential(s) are current: "Current" refers to Acadience Mentors who completed the 2025 Annual Renewal process or became new Mentors in 2025. 

Mentors whose credential(s) are not current, once you register, the Acadience team will review and provide additional information for next steps.

Where may I locate registration once it is released? 

We will email on February 3rd, sharing how to register. Additionally, starting February 3rd, the Annual Mentor Renewal Workshop website will be updated to include registration.

After the free period, the Annual Mentor Renewal Workshop website will have updated registration information to participate.

How much time should I plan on to complete?

This may vary, but we anticipate a fairly brief experience this year. You may plan to set aside 2 hours, and our goal is that you'll be completed in less time. 

How do you know you have completed the renewal?

Below are a few indicators to confirm that your renewal has been fully completed and that you are set for the year.

First, a section countdown is located on the right-hand side of your workshop. This countdown displays the total number of sections and indicates how many you have completed.

In addition, once all requirements are completed, you will receive an email containing your certificate. If you have not received a certificate, please return to the workshop and verify that all sections have been completed in full.

How do I continue access to the Mentors' Network without disruption?

To ensure you can access the Mentors' Network with no disruptions, complete the 2026 Annual Mentor Renewal during the free window (2/3 - 2/19). 

What if I do not complete the renewal process during the free window?

Below are a few indicators to confirm that your renewal has been fully completed and that you are set for the year.

In addition, once all requirements are completed, you will receive an email containing your certificate. If you have not received a certificate, please return to the workshop and verify that all sections have been completed in full.

What if I start the 2026 Annual Mentor Renewal workshop during the free window, but I am not able to finish? Do I have to start over?

If you begin the 2026 Annual Mentor Renewal workshop during the free access window but don’t finish it, your progress is saved. Once you register for the paid version, you’ll be able to pick up right where you left off and complete the workshop from there.

What if I am not able to register or complete the 2026 Annual Mentor Renewal content until later?

Acadience will continue to support mentor renewals throughout 2026. Once you have completed, please note that access to the Mentors’ Network may take up to 2 weeks from completing your 2026 Mentor Renewal process. 

I just completed my New Mentor Orientation. Do I need to complete the 2026 Annual Mentor Renewal process?

If you attended a live mentoring workshop in 2025 and completed the associated New Mentor Orientation (NMO), that training is aligned with the 2025 requirements. After completing NMO Orientation – 2025, you will still need to register for and complete the 2026 Annual Mentor Renewal process.
